PRICES AND FEES

ART SERVICES 2000 offers a variety of professional fine art services designed to serve our clients individual needs and particular legal requirements. Prices vary with services rendered.

We are a professional fine arts service and we do not advertise or endorse "Instant" or "Free Art Appraisals".

We will be happy to review your works of art without charge. This is done on an item by item basis in order to determine whether or not a formal appraisal is appropriate for your particular circumstamces and requirements.

FINE ART IDENTIFICATION AND ESTIMATES

Our formal in depth research services are not free, however, whenever possible we attempt to answer your specific fine art questions without charge on a limited basis and as our work schedule allows.

PLEASE NOTE: The above complimentary service does not include answering any inquiries about monetary values or the current price of artworks.

A written Identification and Estimated Range of Value document is $150.00 per item. This does not qualify as an appraisal, nor can it be used as one.

FINE ART APPRAISAL FEES

ART SERVICES 2000 requires a minimum base price of $250.00 for a single item. Additional items in the same collection are $150.00 each. The client receives two copies of the report. These are base prices, quoted prices depend upon the total number of items to be valued and the amount of research required.

Additional copies of appraisal reports are $35.00 each or $5.00 per page for reports that are over ten pages long.

Please note: All fine art appraisals require a fifty percent ( 50% ) deposit due at time of the approved quote with the balance upon the client's receipt of the completed appraisal report document.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL APPRAISAL FEES ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ISA CODE OF ETHICS AND USPAP PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES AND ARE NOT BASED UPON APPRAISAL RESULTS OR PERCENTAGES OF ITEMS VALUED OR COMMISSIONS.

ART TRANSPORTATION RATES Transportation and art handling rates vary according to the nature and scope of each assignment and the specific requirements of the individual client. We provide a number of transport formats and choices from exclusive use vehicles and personal fine art courier services to climate controlled shuttle services. SALES COMMISSION RATES AND BUYER / BROKERAGE FEES Please contact us for current rates and fees. PLEASE NOTE: We act as professional confidential sale agents and brokers for our private clients and we do not seek or accept fine art finders fees or commissions from dealers, galleries or auction houses.

FINE ART CONSULTING FEES Fine art consulting fees begin at a one day basic rate of $1,500.00 plus all accomodations and travel related expenses. All consultations require a 50% deposit in advance as a retainer for our professional services. Any additional consulting fees will be billed at a base rate of $150.00 an hour.

FINE ART ADVISORY FEES Advisory fees for buyers and sellers vary according of the scope and amount of research requested. Prices begin at a base of $150.00 for a single item.
