THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR AN INITIAL REVIEW:
We will be happy to conduct an initial review of JPEG images and photographs of your works of art
free of charge to see if they warrant further research and / or formal appraisal. We can provide the
correct amount and type of information you need to meet your individual needs, personal circumstances
and legal requirements.
Our formal research and appraisal services are not free, however, whenever possible we will attempt to
answer your specific fine art questions without charge on a limited basis as our work schedule allows.
PLEASE NOTE: The above complimentary service does not include determining the current price of
specific artworks. Accurate monetary valuations require in depth research and our research time is not
free.

Identification and Estimated Range of Value: $100.00 per item. This is a one page written report
documenting an individual work of art. Additional items in the same collection are $50.00 each per
item. This is not a formal appraisal and cannot be used as one.
Fine Art Appraisal Report: This is a formally written and fully illustrated and researched monetary
valuation of a work of art consisting of a minimum of seven pages. All of our appraisals are signed and
dated legal documents written to USPAP and ISA standards to meet legal requirements and to fulfill a
specific purpose and value function.
Two complete copies of the appraisal report documents are issued to our private clients. Our current
formal appraisal report fees are $250.00 for a single item and $150.00 for each additional item in the
same collection. We are able to offer discounts for large collections on a case by case basis.
PLEASE NOTE: These are base prices, quoted prices depend on the total number of items to be
valued and the amount and scope of the research required.
We do require a 50% deposit with your submitted materials or at time of inspection with the
remaining balance due immediately upon your receipt of the two copies of the completed
appraisal report documents.
Fine Art Consulting Fees: $1,500.00 per day plus all travel related expenses. We are available to
travel throughout North America and internationally. Please contact us for details.
